Helping people find sustainable energy and wellbeing in every season of life.
Who am I
Hi, I’m Mary - a wellbeing and performance specialist. After several years working in the world of elite sport, I learned that the science behind performance isn’t just for athletes, it’s for all of us. How we move, rest, eat, and think has a powerful influence on how we show up every day at work, at home, and in life.
That realisation led me to the world of corporate wellbeing, where I’ve spent the last few years helping people and teams bring more balance, focus, and energy into their daily routines.
My passion lies in bridging the gap between knowing what’s good for us and actually doing it in ways that feel sustainable, human, and real.
My approach: Wellbeing doesn’t have to mean a complete lifestyle overhaul.
It’s often the small, consistent habits that make the biggest difference, taking a walk at lunch instead of eating at your desk, starting the day with sunlight instead of a screen, or setting one boundary that protects your focus.
I like to think of wellbeing as a practice, not a project something we build gently, season by season.
Through my writing and collaborations, I share reflections on movement, mindset, and sustainable energy to help people feel their best and perform with purpose, wherever they are in life.
Beyond the work: Outside of writing and research, you’ll usually find me outdoors — walking, running, or just exploring a new trail with music, audio book or podcast in my ears. I’m endlessly curious about human potential, the mind–body connection, and how small changes can spark big results.

What drives me
I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people thrive, not just in moments of peak performance, but in the everyday rhythm of life.
My time in elite sport taught me that performance isn’t only about intensity or discipline; it’s about recovery, awareness, and understanding what truly fuels you. Those same principles apply just as much in the workplace as they do on the track or in the gym.
That curiosity led me to explore how the science of performance can help us build healthier, more balanced ways of living and working. I’m passionate about helping people bridge the gap between knowing what’s good for them and actually living it with energy, balance, and purpose.
Through my work and writing, I aim to make wellbeing accessible, practical, and real something that fits into your life rather than something you have to find time for.
